Denver-Julesburg (DJ) Basin

According to the Colorado Energy Office, over 80% of Colorado’s crude is produced in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in the northeastern part of the state.  The Fort Lupton lll Gas Plant integrates with existing infrastructure of pipelines and compressor stations allowing for additional processing capacity in the future – capacity that’s already permitted for 760 MMcf/d.  The DJ Basin has all the ingredients of a premier asset: established infrastructure, experienced personnel, more than 30 years of operating history, a significant resource opportunity and mineral-interest ownership via the Union Pacific Railroad Land Grant.  The DJ Basin will continue to be a primary focus for Samuel Engineering.
